Ingredients

  • 5–6 dried chrysanthemum flowers

  • 1 tablespoon goji berries

  • 2–3 red dates (optional, for sweetness)

  • 2 cups hot water

  • Honey (optional, to taste)



Instructions

  1. Rinse the chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries briefly under running water.

  2. Place them in a cup or teapot, along with red dates if using.

  3. Pour hot water (about 90°C or 195°F) over the ingredients.

  4. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes until the tea turns a light golden color.

  5. Add honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
